Because our products are custom-manufactured on demand, Nurtured Cotton Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or minor color variances. Production begins immediately upon order placement.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or receipt of an incorrect item, please email us at kelseycosta.orders@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence to initiate a complimentary replacement.
